Overview
Corvane Advisory began in 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City, when Ms. Truong Minh Chau, a CPA-qualified auditor, and Mr. Vu Duc Thanh, a lawyer, opened an eight-person office with six colleagues around a simple idea: a business should have a single point of contact for all of its finance and legal matters. Fifteen years on, Corvane Advisory Co., Ltd. has 260 professionals, including CPA-qualified auditors, ACCA members, lawyers and CFA charterholders, serving more than 1,400 corporate clients, around 40% of them foreign-invested enterprises.
We provide five groups of services: accounting and financial reporting, tax advisory, corporate legal, internal control and risk, and transactions and M&A. Each year Corvane teams process more than 9,000 accounting and tax files; we have taken part in more than 120 due diligence and M&A engagements; and for three consecutive years, 2023 to 2025, not one tax filing for a full-service client was submitted late. Every year, 98% of our clients renew their engagement with us.
Corvane operates six offices and desks: our head office in Ho Chi Minh City, offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, Binh Duong and Hai Phong, and the Japan & Korea Desk serving Japanese and Korean clients. Our people work in four languages, Vietnamese, English, Japanese and Korean. Client data are managed under ISO 27001, our service processes follow ISO 9001, and since 2025 clients have tracked their files and documents around the clock through Corvane Portal.

A message from our Managing Partner
Dear clients, partners and colleagues at Corvane,
In the autumn of 2011, eight of us started out in a rented office in District 1 with a few desks, one filing cabinet and a conviction: business owners should not have to go to three or four different places just to ask a question about their books, their taxes and their contracts. Our first client was a small manufacturing workshop anxious about its year-end tax finalisation. When its files had been put in order and the owner understood every figure he was signing, we knew we had chosen the right work. Fifteen years later, that is still what we pursue.
Today Corvane has 260 professionals across six offices and desks, serving more than 1,400 corporate clients. Each year we process more than 9,000 accounting and tax files, and for three consecutive years no tax filing for a full-service client has been submitted late. Yet the figure I value most is that 98% of our clients continue to renew their engagement, because that trust is built through thousands of re-checks and explanatory calls that no one ever sees.
Our profession demands discretion. Clients entrust Corvane with their most sensitive information: pay and bonuses, ownership structures, acquisition plans, even the family matters behind a group of companies. That is why we invested early in data security, achieving ISO 27001 certification in 2019, and why we keep to a simple rule: information reaches only those who need to know.
We are also candid about our limits. No adviser can promise the conclusion of a tax audit or the outcome of a transaction. What Corvane commits to is a complete file, rigorous reasoning, early warning of risks and being at the client's side whenever needed. When regulations change, we explain the specific impact proactively rather than leaving clients to work it out for themselves.

- 2011Founded in Ho Chi Minh City
Ms. Truong Minh Chau and Mr. Vu Duc Thanh opened an eight-person office with six colleagues, offering integrated accounting, tax and legal services to small and medium-sized businesses.
- 2014Hanoi office opens
The Hanoi office opened to serve clients in the north and foreign investors working with central government agencies.
- 2016Japan & Korea Desk established
A dedicated desk for Japanese and Korean clients was set up in Ho Chi Minh City, with specialists working directly in Japanese and Korean and reporting to parent-company standards.
- 2017Da Nang office opens
The Da Nang office began serving businesses along the Central Coast, particularly in tourism, processing and information technology.
- 2019Binh Duong office and ISO 27001
The Binh Duong office opened to serve companies in the industrial parks; in the same year Corvane achieved ISO 27001 certification for the security management of client data.
- 2022Hai Phong office and 1,000 clients
The Hai Phong office opened to serve the northern port and industrial zone, in the year Corvane passed the milestone of 1,000 corporate clients.
- 2025Corvane Portal launched
Corvane Portal lets clients submit documents and track file progress, tax deadlines and reports around the clock on a secure platform.
