Mr. Vu Duc Thanh is a member of the Bar with more than twenty years of practice in corporate, investment and commercial contract law. Before co-founding Corvane in 2011, he advised many foreign investors as they set up and expanded in Vietnam. He leads the Corporate Legal practice, covering investment licensing, corporate governance, employment and the restructuring of family groups. He also laid the foundations of Corvane's multidisciplinary approach, in which lawyers, tax advisers and accountants look at an issue together.
