Our corporate legal practice was built from Corvane's first day by co-founder and lawyer Mr. Vu Duc Thanh, on one principle: legal advice must work in the day-to-day running of the business. The team of lawyers and legal specialists works in Vietnamese, English, Japanese and Korean, serving everyone from foreign investors entering Vietnam for the first time to family groups formalising their governance.

How we work
Before drafting any document, we clarify the business objective, the level of risk the company can accept and who has authority to decide. Legal opinions are concise: the issue, the options, the risks of each and our recommendation. For licensing work, clients receive an indicative timetable for each step and progress updates in Corvane Portal; processing times at government agencies are estimates only and may change.
