Mr. Dinh Quang Vinh is a CFA charterholder with more than fifteen years of experience in financial due diligence, business valuation and transaction advisory, having worked in investment banking and at a private equity fund before joining Corvane in 2016. He built the Transactions and M&A practice from a small group into a multidisciplinary team that has taken part in more than 120 due diligence, acquisition, merger and restructuring engagements. He has a particular interest in mid-market deals and succession planning for family businesses.
