Support the assessment, design and testing of internal control systems for Japanese-invested clients, acting as the language bridge between Corvane's team and Japanese management.
Job description
- Interview client departments and document purchasing, sales, inventory and payroll processes using flowcharts and control matrices.
- Perform sample testing, gather evidence and record exceptions in line with the Team Lead's plan.
- Translate and draft findings and recommendation reports in Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Support internal control assessments required for reporting to parent companies in Japan.
- Interpret at meetings between Corvane's team and clients' Japanese management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, finance, business administration or Japanese studies.
- Japanese at JLPT N2 or above; confident communicating in a business setting.
- One year's experience in audit, internal control or accounting at a Japanese company is preferred; recent graduates with strong Japanese will be trained.
- Proficient in Excel and flowcharting tools.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive and willing to travel to industrial parks around Ho Chi Minh City.
