Job description

Record and post transactions for a portfolio of 15–20 clients across trading, services, F&B and small-scale manufacturing.
Prepare and submit periodic tax returns and invoice usage reports, reconciling figures with e-invoice data.
Calculate payroll, social insurance and personal income tax based on client data.
Prepare annual financial statements and tax finalisation files; produce monthly management reports on Corvane Portal.
Follow up with clients on missing documents, explain figures and support them in meetings with the tax authority.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing or finance.
At least two years' experience in general or outsourced accounting.
Sound knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and core tax rules; CPA or ACCA studies are an advantage.
Proficient in at least one widely used accounting package and Excel.
Meticulous, deadline-driven and fully committed to client confidentiality.

Carry out tax compliance reviews covering corporate income tax, VAT, foreign contractor tax and personal income tax.
Collect data, perform functional and risk analysis, and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
Research new rules and draft advisory letters and memos in Vietnamese and English.
Prepare materials and join the Team Lead when clients meet the tax authority.
Support tax refund files and confirmation of tax incentives for investment projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in taxation, accounting, finance or business law.
At least two years' experience in tax advisory, audit or in-house tax at a foreign-invested enterprise.
Solid knowledge of the main taxes; transfer pricing experience is a strong advantage.
Good written English; a tax agent practising certificate, CPA or ACCA is an advantage.
Analytical, clear in presentation and able to manage peak-season pressure.

Requirements

Support internal control assessments required for reporting to parent companies in Japan.
Interpret at meetings between Corvane's team and clients' Japanese management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, finance, business administration or Japanese studies.
Japanese at JLPT N2 or above; confident communicating in a business setting.
One year's experience in audit, internal control or accounting at a Japanese company is preferred; recent graduates with strong Japanese will be trained.
Proficient in Excel and flowcharting tools.
Detail-oriented, inquisitive and willing to travel to industrial parks around Ho Chi Minh City.
